Skilled Nursing will be provided by RN’s, LVN’s Superior Home Health Care Services, Inc. They will carry out prescribed treatments, assess changes and supervise the care of the patient. An emphasis is placed on patient and family instruction to foster maximum self-care.
In general, skilled nursing will cover:

- Chronic Pain Management
- Wound Care and Dressing Changes
- Negative Pressure Therapy (Wound VAC)
- Catheter Care
- Diabetic Care
- Vital Signs Monitoring
- GI Tube Feeding Assistance
- Administration of Prescribed Medication
- Administering Injections
- Symptom Management
